1. What this page is

This disclaimer explains how to read the public pages of Gregorxyra. The publisher is Gregorxyra B.V., Bilderdijkstraat 78, 1053 KM Amsterdam. It sits next to the legal notice and does not cut across mandatory law.

2. Information, not advice

Pieces in the guides — for example preparing a vocal session, a mixing budget, master formats or podcast rights — come from day-to-day studio work. They are not advice from a solicitor, a tax adviser or a collecting society.

Rates on services and on voice recording, mixing, mastering, podcast and band recording are current guide prices including 21 % VAT. An accepted quote can differ, for instance because of extra hours or another format. For a concrete question use contact or [email protected]; we reply within 2 working days.

3. No promised outcome

A session at Gregorxyra is an obligation of means: we provide the rooms, the microphones and an engineer. Whether a track lands, or a show grows, depends on material, timing and choices we do not control. We do not commit to streams, sync placement, radio or reviews.

Reviews, awards or “famous names” that you do not see on this site are not hiding in the small print either: we do not invent quotes. Photographs are mood pictures. If you want a project named as a reference, we ask for written consent first — see article 14 of the terms.

4. Your material and third-party rights

You stay responsible for compositions, lyrics, samples, covers and spoken contributions you bring. If a third party says a take infringes their right, you handle that claim. The studio supplies the technical recording; it does not become your publisher or label unless a separate written deal says so.

Links to other sites (OpenStreetMap, TransIP B.V.’s site, browser help pages) follow those parties’ own rules. We are not liable for their content or their cookies. FormSubmit processes the contact form in the United States; if you do not want that, write to [email protected] or call 020 261 4873.

5. Availability of the website

gregorxyra.click is hosted by TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, Netherlands. Maintenance, a host outage or an attack can take the site offline for a while. That does not cancel a booking we have already confirmed by email. The host’s technical logs are not a promise that every page will always look the same.

We may change copy, prices and structure. A change on the site does not rewrite a contract already closed. Cookie choices are managed through or the cookie policy.

6. Liability for the site

We put the site together with care. A sentence can still go stale, a figure can still show an old rounding, or an internal link can break for a day. For loss that follows only from using or being unable to use the website, we are liable only in case of intent or wilful recklessness, and only as far as mandatory law allows. Personal injury and consumers’ statutory rights sit outside that cap.
