Since 2019 Gregorxyra B.V. has run a recording studio with 3 rooms: a live room of 30 m², a vocal booth of 11 m² and a control room of 20 m². There are 18 microphones. We host at most 8 guests in one session. Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 11:00–18:00, by appointment; closed Sunday.

3. Management and how to reach us

The studio is on Bilderdijkstraat in Oud-West, about a ten-minute walk from Leidseplein. Trams 1 and 7 serve the Bilderdijkstraat stop, roughly three minutes on foot from there. The entrance is at street level, which makes bringing cases or instruments straightforward.
The contact form is for a first question or a preferred date. Please do not attach confidential files to the form; use email for those. The FAQ and the guides already cover a lot of practical ground on sessions, files and rights.
4. Hosting and technical providers

Fonts, images and the site script are served from our own domain. We do not embed a map or a social-media button. OpenStreetMap appears only as a separate link, for example from the contact page.
5. Contact form and transfers outside the EU
The contact form is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service based in the United States. When you submit the form, your name, email, optional phone number and message pass through that service and then reach our mailbox [email protected].
That transfer is needed to handle your request. If you prefer to avoid it, call 020 261 4873 or write straight to [email protected]: we treat the question in the same way. Legal basis, retention and your rights are set out in the privacy policy and, for business clients who hand us other people’s data, in the data processing agreement.

6. Intellectual property in the site
Copy, structure, design and photography on gregorxyra.click belong to Gregorxyra B.V. or to rightsholders who licensed us. You may read the pages and keep a copy for your own non-commercial use. Republishing text or images needs prior written consent via [email protected].
Third-party brand names (operating systems, streaming services, microphone makes) stay with their owners. Photographs on the site are mood pictures; they do not show a named client session unless we agreed that in writing. Recordings you make in the rooms fall under article 14 of the terms, not under this article.

We may update this page if the company, the address, the host or the law changes. It took effect on 1 October 2026; the last substance check was 1 October 2026. A contract already on foot is not rewritten by that update: the version attached to your accepted quote still applies.
